| Pediatric Burn Intensive Care Unit Project |

| In an agreement with the Subic Bay Medical Center INC, located on the Subic Bay Freeport Zone, we have been provided the use of a space for use as a Pediatric Burn Intensive Care Unit. The need for this is acute. The nearest facility is 4 hours away and many children are not getting the needed care in time. The space measures 30 feet long, 12 feet wide, with room divisions, starting with the bathroom 9 X 6, ward 40 X 12, and entrance/clean room 9 X 12 (photos below). |

2. Heart Monitors or Cardiac Monitor Quantity (4)
3. Defibrillator Quantity (4)
4. Pulse Oximeter Quantity (6)
5. Suction Machine Quantity (2)
